Avocado Toast with Olive Oil and Lemon

Avocado Toast with Olive Oil and Lemon

Avocado toast with olive oil and lemon, or olive oil toast at its simplest, is a five-minute breakfast that depends almost entirely on the oil you finish it with. EVOSÌ, our lightest and most delicate bottle, brings a citrus lift and faint wildflower note built for exactly this.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • EVOSÌ, for drizzling
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Flaky salt and black pepper
  • Chili flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your preferred texture, chunky or smooth, then stir in a squeeze of lemon juice to keep it bright and slow browning.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the warm toasted bread, all the way to the edges.
  4. Drizzle generously with EVOSÌ.
  5. Finish with flaky salt, a few cracks of black pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes if using.
  6. Serve right away while the toast is still warm and crisp.
