Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Transit times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Soliva Curators is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Accurate shipping information is essential for successful delivery. Orders submitted with an incorrect address may incur carrier change or return fees, and these fees must be resolved before an order can be reshipped.
If you realize there’s an error on a recent order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is still in our fulfillment facility, we’ll update the address at no cost.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To receive a full refund, the item must be:

Unopened.

In its original packaging.

With all seals fully intact.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, Soliva will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions for sending the item back.
If 14 days have passed since the return label was issued and tracking shows no movement indicating the item has been mailed, the return will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, Soliva Curators will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
To process a damage claim, customers must email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the damaged product.

Clear photos of the outer packaging, including any visible carrier damage.

The order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order.
Please note:

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Soliva Curators reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not include sufficient photographic evidence.
