Shipping Policy
Soliva Curators offers complimentary ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders totaling $100 or more before tax. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high‑volume periods, or due to unforeseen operational delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Soliva Curators is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
Returns Policy
Soliva Curators accepts returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- All seals and safety closures remain fully intact
- The product has not been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Soliva Curators with their order number and reason for return. Upon approval, Soliva will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If 14 days pass after the label is issued with no tracking movement, the return will be cancelled.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the conditions outlined above. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, Soliva Curators will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
To process a damage claim, customers must email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the outer packaging, including any visible carrier damage
- The order number and a brief description of the issue
Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order.
Please note:
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
- Soliva Curators reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not include sufficient photographic evidence.
