These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soliva Curators website (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered by Soliva Curators (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
Access or attempt to access any part of the Site using automated means
Use the Site to engage in fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and details are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is error‑free, complete, or current. All olive oils are agricultural products and may vary naturally by harvest year.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

Soliva Curators offers complimentary ground shipping on U.S. orders over $100 before tax. Orders below this threshold incur standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Processing typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, products must be:

Unopened
In original packaging
With all seals fully intact
Unused and unaltered

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

To submit a damage claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the outer packaging
Your order number and a brief description

Replacement items are shipped using the same method as the original order. Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements—is the property of Soliva Curators or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soliva Curators is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from your use of the Site or products
Delays, interruptions, or errors in Site functionality

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold Soliva Curators harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
