Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Soliva Curators accepts returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All seals and safety closures remain fully intact
  • The product has not been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery

Products that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Soliva Curators with their order number and reason for return. Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Soliva Curators is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been:

  1. Received by Soliva Curators
  2. Inspected for compliance with the eligibility criteria
  3. Approved for refund

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged, Soliva Curators will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To process a damage claim, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, including any visible carrier damage
  • The order number and a brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order.

Products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
