Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until very fork-tender, about 12 to 15 minutes, they should offer no resistance when pierced.

  4. Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
